Who we are:

The Civil Service Employee Assistance Service (CSEAS) Twitter presence is managed within the CSEAS.  This Twitter account will only be monitored intermittently.  If you are a Civil Servant in Ireland, and wish to speak with an Employee Assistance Officer during office hours, please contact 0761 0000 30.

What we will tweet:

Topics to be covered by our Twitter will include:

  • Information on the CSEAS
  • Alerts about new content on our website
  • Positive mental health information
  • Other practical information on services available

Who we follow:

If you follow us, we will not automatically follow you back. This is to help our followers identify other Twitter accounts that we are following such as other Government Departments and state promotion agencies, the Houses of the Oireachtas, relevant European institutions and accounts of particular relevance to Ireland.

@Replies and Direct Messages:

As the internal Employee Assistance Program for the Irish Civil Service, it is our intention that this account will be used to advertise a positive message on a wide range of issues.  We will not be in a position to offer any replies through Twitter.  If you wish to engage with the CSEAS or speak to an Employer Assistance Officer, please e-mail us on cseas@per.gov.ie or see our contact details on our website – https://www.cseas.per.gov.ie/eao-contact-details/contact-form-2/

Please do not include personal/private information in your tweets to us.

Abusive or spam tweets will result in followers being blocked and reported directly to Twitter.
